Return Policy

We will kindly accept all returns for a store credit only. Exchanges may be granted pending careful inspection. However, the following requirements must be met for a successful return:

 

  1. You must email us at cs@eclatseduire.com  within seven days of receiving your order. Please state in the subject field if you are requesting a return or exchange.
  2. When sampling the merchandise, please make sure that all swimwear merchandise is sampled over underwear to ensure that the material maintains its original condition.
  3. We will gladly accept any returns that are UNWORN and free from all stains. This means the condition of the merchandise must be pure, with original packaging, unwashed, hygienic liner, and all labels attached.(If we feel the merchandise has been worn or tampered with, we have the right to deny your return request and a store credit WILL NOT be given.)
  4. All items on sale are recognized as Final Sale merchandise.
  5. The customer will be held liable for any shipping cost(s) on returns. We insist that you retain a tracking number for the purpose of tracking any shipments of items.
  6. If your are looking to exchange an item for another size and we are sold out, we will issue you a store credit for the original merchandise purchase.
  7. If there are any questions regarding returns, return policies, exchanges, etc., please email us and our customer service support will return correspondence within 48 hours guaranteed.
  8. Eclat Seduire reserves the right to deny any return requests that does not meet the requirements of unworn, damaged, or otherwise known as items that are not in their original condition.
